Fwd: #1123910 Twitter Support: update on "Hi, We have received a complaint that your account, @RMITlibrary, may be in violation of T..."

An example of an email that requests changes be made to your twitter account.  Useful reference when dealing with Trademarked brands on twitter.  Here's how I responded.

Hi Kessel,

Thanks for the information, I didn't realise this all existed.  I have adapted the content of the account by removing background images etc.  I have even included a link to the official RMIT library account (which didn't exist when I created the @RMITlibrary account).  Please let me know if there is anything else that you need me to do to comply with the request.
