Thoughts on my 2nd Wave

Vanessa, Sal, David and I worked together on my second wave yesterday.  David blogged about his experience here.  Here's a few further thoughts [and Sal's comments from the wave in Blue] and my additional comments from the wave in Red :

• It is quite fun
• As wave gets longer you should have a google search box in the wave interface, strange oversight from a search company? [why do they need one?] My thinking here is another navigation tool/method.
• would like to see a inline replies as default?  seems we keep adding threads, some are connected, some or not, is it just  function of our skill level with the new platform [ oh god yes it needs this feature]
• really really quick to collaborate this way.  
• I would like to know how many words we have just written in 45 mins, quicker slower? 

Google wave was further discussed in class and the talk surrounded lagging across the internet.  We didn't really experience this as we were working across RMIT's network so all things considered, we had equal network speeds.
